Are Margenao calculators free?
Yes. The calculators are available without an account or subscription. They are independent planning tools and are not official marketplace calculators.
Are the fee rates guaranteed to be current?
No. Fees may vary by country, category, seller plan, transaction type, shipping amount and account eligibility. Use the fee assumptions shown in each calculator, adjust them to match your account, and verify them against the platform's current official fee documentation.
Does net profit include every business expense?
Only costs entered into the calculator are included. Depending on the tool, you may need to add returns, storage, inbound freight, overhead, taxes, discounts or advertising manually. See the calculation methodology for assumptions and limitations.
Should sales tax be counted as revenue?
In general, sales tax collected on behalf of a tax authority should be kept separate from business revenue. Tax treatment depends on jurisdiction and platform arrangements; check your records and consult a qualified tax professional where necessary.
Why does my marketplace payout differ from the calculator?
A payout can include multiple orders, reserves, refunds, adjustments, taxes, shipping labels, subscription charges or fee corrections. Compare one order at a time and match the calculation date and fee basis to the relevant statement.
Can I use the calculators outside the United States?
You can enter your own rates and costs, but some preset assumptions and examples may be US-focused. Change the fee inputs to match the country and account you use. Currency conversion is not automatically included unless the calculator explicitly provides it.
Does Margenao earn commissions from product links?
